Email [email protected]. Include your Scales version (Settings > Advanced > About) and what you were doing when the problem happened. We answer within two business days.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone, inside Scales. There is no account and no copy on our side.

How do I back up?

Settings > Your data > Back up saves one file with everything. Choose Save to Files and pick iCloud Drive. Scales reminds you once a week if you have not backed up.

How do I restore a backup?

Settings > Your data > Restore, then choose the backup file. Restore adds what is missing; it never deletes what is already there.

I deleted Scales. Can I get my principles back?

Only from a backup file. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Reminders do not arrive

Check iPhone Settings > Notifications > Scales and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check the times in Scales under Settings > Reminders.

How do I turn AI off?

Settings > Advanced > AI. Scales keeps working with questions written into the app.

How do I cancel Scales Plus?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Scales. Cancel at least a day before the trial or year ends.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Scales.
